Q: Can we do the custom design on your products?
a: Yes, we support customized design upon your request. We're professional in different printing, such as offset printing, silk printing, digital printing, laser printing etc.
Q: What's the MOQ?
a: Normally, for stock items, there's no MOQ. The quantity is according to your requires.If personalized products, the general MOQis 50-500pcs.
Q: What about samples, can I get it free?
a: We provide free ready samples, with customer freight cost. If customized samples, there's additional sample cost upon the design of the model.
Q: Which payment can be acceptable?
a: Support the payment by T/T, Paypal, Western Union etc.
Q: How about your delivery time?
a:We could handle the delivery very soon for stock items. And for customized products, we need 10-30 days upon the order quantity.
Q: What quality assurance can you provide?
a:100% inspection on assembly line.All controls,inspections,equipment, total production resources and skills are checked for confrmation.
